Once all of the design decisions are finalized, we begin creation of the construction documents which are used for permitting and as a set of building instructions.

As part of constructing an ADU, other consultants such as structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and energy compliance consultants will be required. We will coordinate all the necessary parties to produce the necessary construction documents while giving you peace of mind.

Our proprietary processes allow us to provide you with a detailed breakdown of all of the quantities, materials, and products part of your project. This is used by our trusted contractors or yours to determine your overall construction costs.

Construction
Work with our Trusted Contractors or Yours
We stay involved through the completion of your project to ensure the quality of the build.
While we prepare the construction documents for your project, we will connect you with our trusted and vetted General Contractors to begin pricing out the construction costs
If you already have someone in mind you’d like to work with for construction, we are happy to coordinate with them prior and during construction.
