ADU 670 - East Bay, CA

The project takes an existing structure with a lower level garage/unfinished basement and turn it into a lower level ADU.

We dug down several feet to add a new foundation and retaining walls to support the existing structure while creating a desired ceiling height for living. Windows along the length of the living space, allows for the kitchen, dining and living space to feel open and bright.
